Even the smallest Rotar will handle large
material of any size and, like all Rotars, each
is equipped with a bottom dump feature for
loading high trucks.

With the Rotar, one machine and one
operator take care of screening on the jobsite.
You no longer need to pre-excavate material,
then dump on a flatdeck, then dump again
on a flatdeck, then pick up your waste
material, then pick up the good material.
The Rotar screens until all the material is
removed the first time. Truly one step
processing!

Imagine screening over a truck or trench
then swinging to dump the garbage material.
How many machines and how many operators
needed on the job site could you reduce?
Imagine the cost savings on one job alone.

Rotars are capable of multiuse for:

Cutting and Mixing

For cutting and mixing clay or mixing additives with hazardous materials for disposal, the Rotar HPL 2001 is a rotating shredder/mixer and has an independently driven rotating axle with attached cutting blades.

Reclaiming

For the screening of landfills, pipeline spoil, demolition debris or any material found on the everyday job site.

Brick Recovery:
Rotar was originally designed to clean bricks while recobbling streets, doing away with manual work and scrapping machines. Rotar cleans bricks cheaper, faster and more effectively. The drum can scoop up large surfaces of pavement in one movement. During the cleaning process, the bricks will scour against each other. Picking up, cleaning, loading and transporting is performed by only one person.

Contaminated Soil:
Rotar handles contaminated soil found on a jobsite - aerating and biotreating it with ease. After screening the soil, the larger contaminates that are retained in the cage may be submerged in a wash tank. Rotar ventilates the soil and quickly mixes in amendments.

Recycling:
City dumping sites are rapidly running out of disposal space. The disposal fees for construction waste are skyrocketing. Rotar cleans up after building restoration or demolition to separate construction materials from debris on site.

Screening

For material sizing, disposal reduction, saving on new material purchases and for environmental compliances.

Washing

When used in a dip tank or with the spray bar the Rotar can be used to wash metals, contaminated soil or gravel directly.

True Mobility is what every Rotar offers.

Rotars handle materials such as:

C & D Waste

Rotar is used for reclaiming material for re-use at landfills.

Ash

Rotar is used for removing metals from incineration ash.

Asphalt/Concrete

Rotar will remove dirt and finds prior to hammer mills or product disposal reduction.

Trench Backfill

Rotar is ideal for direct screening of materials to the trench which saves time and new materials purchases.

Rotar sorts freshly excavated soil for re-use as clean backfill over a newly installed sewer, gas or water line pipe or electric cable. Rotar is maneuverable for picking up, sorting and unloading excavated material in one continuous operation.

Sand/Gravel

Use Rotar for direct screening from the bank of oversize.

Clay

With the Rotar you can mix and cut clay with other materials for roadbase.

The Rotar HPL 2001 is a rotating shredder/mixer and has an independently driven rotating axle with attached cutting blades.

Topsoil/Blackdirt

Screen rich soils with the Rotar to produce a fluffed end-product.

For agriculture, horticulture, municipalities and compost companies, Rotar is an indispensable acquisition for removing debris, garbage, wood, rocks and roots. Result: fine, usable topsoil and compost. The tumbling action of the drum fluffs the material, making compact soil looser and introducing air into the composting process to maintain a constant temperature. Soil improvement is achieved by mixing soil and mulch with other materials such as sand or turf. Rotar can perform its highly productive work virtually everywhere with considerable cost savings. In 1990, Rotar was awarded the prestigious Galabau-Innovation medal in Germany, for its renewing impact on the environment, agriculture and horticulture.

Slags

The Rotar is useful for sizing materials. It is extremely profitable to recover scrap metals from flyash, dirt and other debris (ie. at scrap yards or incineration plants).

Metals

Remove oily dirt from scrap metals at scrapyards with the Rotar.

Compost

The larger Rotars offer a less expensive and effective means for composting facilities.
